Stellar Presentation: UMECIT FC Experience - Towards the 2023 Closing Tournament!

This exciting event called "UMECIT FC Experience" was held in our Study House, where the 2023 squad of the UMECIT FC team was officially presented. The meeting was attended by players from the team, its management and technical body, as well as students , media and special guests.

During this day full of sport and integration, there was the opportunity to meet the stars that will be part of the team in the closing tournament of the Panamanian Soccer League 2023 and that next July 22 will face San Francisco F.C. in the stadium of Atalaya, province of Veraguas, in the beginning of the season.

One of the highlights of the event was the “Elite Training, Planning, Methods and Technology” panel, in which prominent personalities from the team participated, including Magister Juan David Nieto, Vice Chancellor of Control of UMECIT and General Director of UMECIT FC, Francisco Perlo, Technical Director, Leonardo Pipino, Technical Assistant, Roberto Gil, Physical Trainer, and Nathalie Vásquez, Physiotherapist.

Within the framework of this event, stands were set up, prizes were awarded and UMECIT F.C. items were sold. The mascot Bruno, who was also the star of the day, participated in the event by cheering up the attendees.

It is important to highlight the presence of Lourdes Iribarren and students of Physiotherapy and General Psychology, who permanently accompany the players, providing them with physical and emotional support and care.

This event represents an important milestone for UMECIT F.C. and demonstrates the institution's commitment to sports and the integral development of its student-athletes. We wish them much success in the closing tournament and hope to see great achievements from UMECIT F.C.!
