The Financial Department offers support to the University to guarantee the sustainability, growth and development of its projects, in terms of its philosophy and institutional processes in terms of the preparation and implementation of the annual budget.
It ensures the execution of the financial guidelines and policies drawn up by senior management in order to guarantee the financial health of the institution for its sustainability and projection. In addition, it must plan, organize, direct, and control the processes of institutional budget execution and the dependencies assigned to it, articulating all the administrative and financial actions that the institution demands in compliance with the mission objectives, and coordinate their evaluation to through specific indicators.
