Students from the Bachelor's Degree in Systems and Programming at UMECIT, La Chorrera campus, participated in the workshop “Operational Excellence in Printer Support: A Practical Approach”, developed by professionals from Syscom Store in collaboration with this educational institution.

The workshop stood out for its dynamic and practical approach, allowing participants to strengthen their technological knowledge through real-world work experiences. During the training, students expanded their knowledge of different printer brands, internal components, preventive and corrective maintenance processes, and technical support techniques currently used in the professional field.
