An enriching Professional Executive Week of International Academic Mobility was held with the University of Cañete, Peru

Tourist visits: From the Cinta Costera to the Bridge of the Americas Viewpoint, passing through the Panama City Canal and the Miraflores Locks, the sightseeing tours provided a unique insight into Panamanian culture. Including entry to the Visitor Center and the IMAX theater, as well as strategic business visits to the Panamanian State Authority for the Promotion of Exports and Attraction of Investments PROPANAMA.

International Master Conferences: Experts shared knowledge about current trends in global education, academic internationalization, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, leadership and contemporary challenges. Highlighting the conference on "Paradigmatic Complementarity as an Alternative Research Method" and the presentation of the book "Formative Research Conflicts and Procedures" by Dr. Ernesto E. Hashimoto Moncayo.

Networking Meetings: The week provided opportunities for networking, allowing students and teachers to interact with colleagues from around the world. These meetings promoted the exchange of ideas and the creation of professional networks.

Practical Internationalization Workshops: Specialized workshops were held to provide practical tools for curricular internationalization and improving academic quality, strengthening the skills necessary to face global challenges in higher education.

Signature of agreement: The week culminated with the signing of collaboration agreements between the University of Cañete of the Republic of Peru and the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT) of the Republic of Panama, consolidating new opportunities for exchange programs and joint research projects .
