Today, UMECIT reaches a significant step in its commitment to academic excellence by announcing the official indexing of its prestigious scientific journals: DIALOGUS, ORATORES, CATHEDRA and SALUTA in the DIALNET database.
This open access platform, managed by the University of La Rioja, Spain, constitutes a virtual newspaper library that compiles the indexes of scientific and humanistic journals from Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
DIALNET stands as a key reference for researchers, students and professionals interested in accessing a wide range of scientific, humanistic and social publications, recognized for its commitment to quality and accessibility in the academic field.
This distinction not only expands the visibility of UMECIT's publications, but also strengthens its commitment to the global scientific community and promotes the research quality of its academics, representing a valuable contribution to the exchange of ideas and the advancement of knowledge.
We are proud to be the university in Panama with the largest number of journals in this database. This achievement reflects our continued commitment to promoting cutting-edge research and we hope that this indexing will further drive collaboration and development in academia and science.
We congratulate the entire UMECIT academic community for this unprecedented achievement.
