Massive attendance at the 2022 Student Research Conference, at all UMECIT locations

With great attendance, great enthusiasm and outstanding teachers and students, the XIII edition of the 2022 Student Research Conference was held, again, in person.

This space, which was replicated in all UMECIT headquarters throughout the country, was the perfect setting to show the achievements of compliance with the curricular educational model, where teachers and students exhibited the products developed from the classroom, evidencing the development of skills and investigative skills.

The Research Conferences are internal spaces where compliance with the curricular educational model is socialized every four months through the development of research activities from the classroom.

The teachers of our House of Studies, who are fundamental actors in the realization of the activities that report to teaching-research-extension, actively incorporate and integrate these elements in the various learning and evaluation activities that are contemplated from the class model. .

In this way, the student research days provide evidence of the articulation of the academic and investigative dynamics with the mission, vision and the institutional educational project, which promotes the formation of a propositive, creative student, capable of understanding their reality and transform it by virtue of development in and for the region, beyond simple biological adaptation; that tend to the formation of a human being with self-regulation capacity.

In addition to the socialization of the products generated from the class, formative research articles are developed that will be socialized in the 3rd edition of the Scientific Seed Magazine, a space for formal dissemination of the products generated in each edition of the Student Research Conference. .
