Soccer

Pedro Ernesto Bósquez Esquive

Pedro Ernesto Bósquez Esquivel

Coach of the Panama Headquarters. Pedro is a highly responsible and effective football coach, with significant experience in leading and developing youth teams. His career includes notable achievements such as multiple championships and outstanding positions in district and national tournaments, standing out in the under 10 and under 16 categories. Pedro has been part of technical teams in recognized clubs such as Plaza Amador FC and currently directs the Elite Under-16 team in Umecit FC, also working as a field assistant in youth and quarry categories. His focus on teamwork and efficiency positions him as an effective process and development coach for young talent.

Boris Boniek Abrego Bazan

Coach of the Santiago Headquarters. He is a prominent coach and former professional soccer player. He directed the Veraguas FC Soccer School and was coach of the Tigres de San Antonio Academy, where he achieved an undefeated championship in the Atalaya District League. He has also coordinated the Jaguares Verdes Soccer School and directed the Santiago Apóstol Under 23 team, champions in 2023. He has training licenses endorsed by the Panamanian Soccer Federation and has played professionally in the upper and intermediate divisions of Panama.

Ernesto Nay

Ernesto Nay

Coach of the David Headquarters. First corporal of the National Police of Panama, he has stood out in the sports field as a soccer coach certified with a Type D License by the Panamanian Soccer Federation. With a solid track record in training young soccer players, he has achieved important triumphs in various competitions. During 2012-2022, Nay led the Bugabita team to victory in the Bugaba District Tournament under-14 category and won championships in other minor categories, including the Ministry of Security Tournament. More recently, in 2023, he has led teams to reach prominent positions in the Divalá District League and the Inter Club League. His commitment to sports and youth is also reflected in his ability to teach and promote discipline among his players, which has made him a reference in the Chiriquí region.

Basketball

Enrique Grenal

Enrique Grenal

Coach of the Panama Headquarters. He has had an outstanding career as both an athlete and a coach. As an athlete, he won a gold medal at the Central American and Caribbean Games in the Dominican Republic (1986) and participated in two World Cups (Brazil 1979 and Spain 1986) and the Pan American Games in Indiana (1987). As a coach, he coached at the World Cup in Japan (2006), at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Venezuela (1998) and Cartagena, Colombia (2006), and at the Bolivarian Games in Colombia (2005).

Luis Alberto Atencio Pérez

Luis Alberto Atencio Pérez

Coach of the Chitre Headquarters. is an experienced physical education teacher with more than two decades of service in the
Ministry of Education. His career includes roles as provincial physical education supervisor and coach in various sports disciplines, including swimming, volleyball, basketball and soccer.

Flag Football

Dante Antonio Leone Rovira

Coach of the Panama Headquarters. He is an experienced flag football and contact football coach, active since 2014 and 2015 respectively. He has been part of the Black Tigers FFT coaching staff in Panama from 2015 to 2023 and has continuous certifications from American Youth Football and the American Football Association. Her career stands out for her participation in multiple tournaments and leagues, achieving outstanding positions in various categories and ages, both men and women, reflecting her ability to guide teams to success in national and international competitions.

Swimming

Ricardo Torres

Ricardo Torres

Coach of the Panama Headquarters. He is an outstanding swimmer from Panama with a sporting career full of outstanding achievements since his inception in 2008. He has been a member of the national team in international competitions, including the Central American Games, where he has obtained medals and set new national records. Ricardo has participated in CCCAN championships, obtaining champion and runner-up titles, and has been a finalist in the Central American and Caribbean Games. His dedication and success in swimming is complemented by his continued commitment to national competitions, maintaining his performance at a high competitive level under the guidance of his coach, also named Ricardo Torres (father).

Swimming

María Lourdes Gallimore

Maria Lourdes Gallimore

Coach of the Panama Headquarters. She is an outstanding volleyball coach with international level 1 certification from the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB). His career has been highlighted by participation in numerous championships, achieving first places in qualification rounds for the Volleyball World Cup and multiple participations in the Central American Sports Games. Additionally, María has coached flag football, reaching third place in The World Games and second place in the International Bowl of Flag Football. His experience and dedication to sport is evident in every team he has led, demonstrating effective leadership and an exceptional ability to develop and motivate athletes.

Wigner Pérez

Wigner Perez

Coach of the David Headquarters. He has had an outstanding career in the sports field, mainly in baseball, where he has represented Panama at both youth and senior levels. From 1999 to 2001, he was part of the Chiriquí National Team in the Intermediate-Youth category and then advanced to the Panama Youth National Team in 2001. He continued his career in the Chiriquí Provincial Team and in the Panama Senior National Team between 2016 and 2018. As a coach, Wigner has led several provincial and national teams, including youth women's and men's teams, in addition to being in charge of the Chiriquí West Youth Category in 2024. His technical training includes a Level 1 International Coaching Course completed in 2020, which demonstrates its commitment to excellence and sports development.  

Angela-Evans

Angela Indira Evans

Coach of the Panama Headquarters. She is a high-performance athlete, World Flag Football Champion, 4 times best Central American Volleyball Blocker and soccer player with 3 world qualifiers. Additionally, she is a volleyball coach with International Level 1 Certification from the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and a flag football coach with international certification from USA Football. In his professional life, he works by contributing and developing his knowledge and professional skills, aimed at contributing to sports management and plans that encourage, promote and massify sports in a recreational and competitive manner at the district and national level, highlighting sports as a tool of social transformation.
