Tribute to Woman of the Year at Santiago Headquarters: Presentation of the Cecilia Rojas de Nieto Prize
In an emotional event that took place recently, at the Santiago Headquarters, the Woman of the Year was honored with the presentation of the prestigious "Cecilia Rojas de Nieto Award." This recognition is granted to women who stand out for their virtues, their hard work, their reliability and diligence, being examples of exemplary household management, strength, solidarity and wisdom.
This year, the distinguished recipient was Professor Maylin Cáceres, an outstanding teacher at the Santiago Campus. His dedication and commitment to education and the community have been widely recognized by colleagues, students and friends.
The event not only included the presentation of the prestigious award, but also an enriching conversation led by Ms. Karina Ledezma, who addressed the topic of self-care under the title "Comprehensive Wellbeing." This space allowed attendees to reflect on the importance of balance and self-care in daily life.
The activity had the active participation of students from the Environmental and Criminalistics degrees, as well as teachers and special guests of Professor Cáceres. The attendance and commitment of the academic community highlighted the value of solidarity and recognition of the efforts of women who, like Professor Cáceres, stand out for their dedication and commitment.
The presentation of the “Cecilia Rojas de Nieto Prize” not only celebrates individual achievements, but also inspires future generations to follow the example of virtuous women passionate about social causes. We continue to admire and recognize the invaluable work of all the women in our community. Congratulations, Professor Cáceres, and thank you for your dedication and inspiring example!
