English Fair 2025: Creativity, communication, and learning in a second language

The UMECIT Faculty of Humanities invites the entire academic community to participate in the English Fair, an enriching event to be held on June 21st in a blended learning format. The aim of this event is to highlight our students' progress in developing their communicative skills in English.

This fair is part of the institution's commitment to comprehensive and innovative education and provides an opportunity for future professionals to demonstrate their creativity, language proficiency, and teaching skills through dynamic, fun, and interdisciplinary activities.

Various academic activities will take place during the event, such as:

• English warm-up
  
• Karaoke in English
  
• Storytelling and dramatization
  
• Role play and educational games
  
• Puppet show
  
• Fitness bingo and sports routines in English
  
• Vocabulary relays and more
  

The programs involved include Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in English, which will demonstrate through these initiatives the impact of language learning in real-life and meaningful contexts.

Additionally, the English Academic Projects Fair seeks to highlight the achievements of our students as part of their learning process in using English as a foreign language.

The English Fair represents a valuable platform for expression and learning, reaffirming the role of language as a key tool for the professional development and international projection of our graduates.
