resounding success of the Law and Forensic Sciences Teaching Disciplinary Gala

The Faculty of Law and Forensic Sciences of the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology - UMECIT - celebrated with great success the Teaching Disciplinary Gala: «The Application of Emerging Technologies to Law and Forensic Sciences»

The event, which took place on June 14, brought together academic authorities, teachers and students, who gathered to celebrate academic excellence and recognize the work of outstanding teachers in the areas of Criminalistics and Law.

The gala featured an outstanding presentation by Professor Luis Rivera Calles, lawyer and computer expert, who addressed the topic of emerging technologies and their impact in the field of law and forensic sciences. His dissertation generated great interest among those present, giving rise to an enriching space for reflection and exchange of knowledge.

One of the most emotional moments of the night was the presentation of recognition to outstanding teachers in the areas of Criminalistics and Law. These awards, granted by the students themselves, recognized the dedication, commitment and professional excellence of the award-winning teachers.

The Disciplinary Teaching Gala of Law and Forensic Sciences was a memorable event that highlighted the importance of continuous training and academic excellence at UMECIT. The active participation of students, teachers and academic authorities reaffirmed the university's commitment to the educational quality and professional development of its students.

The gala was represented by students Rubén Amores from the Panama campus and María De Los Ángeles Ramírez from the Chorrera campus, who are part of the research hotbed and will participate in an event in Medellín.
