Environmental Management students lead events for International Mother Earth Day
In the context of International Mother Earth Day, first-year students of the semi-presential Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management Administration at UMECIT starred in an outstanding academic day focused on ecological awareness and sustainability.
With leadership and commitment, the students developed a knowledge transfer space in which they shared sustainable practices, including the production of organic fertilizer and the implementation of strategic recycling systems.
Through outreach activities and technical training, they managed to capture the attention of a wide audience, also promoting the use of reusable products as part of an environmentally responsible lifestyle.
This initiative demonstrated not only their solid academic background, but also their role as agents of change, promoting an environmental awareness that transcends the classroom and strengthens the link between education and the preservation of natural resources.
UMECIT thus reaffirms its commitment to training professionals capable of contributing to sustainable development and the overall well-being of society.
