On March 5, within the framework of the culmination of the subject "Educational Management" taught by Professor José Arenas, a master conference was held entitled "Educational Management in Preschool: A Look at Human Diversity toward the Integral development".
The teachers Arminia Duarte, José García and Vielka Alonzo were in charge of leading this enriching conference. During the event, the importance of training leaders committed to the application of new research, evaluation and institutional planning techniques and methodologies was explored.
The conference highlighted the relevance of equipping educational leaders with tools that allow them to create and apply new processes in the various scenarios they face in their daily practice in school organizations. Emphasis was placed on the need to adapt to the human diversity present in the preschool environment, thus promoting comprehensive development in students from their first years of training.
This event reflected the commitment of the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology -UMECIT- with educational excellence and the training of leaders trained to face the challenges of the educational field. We will continue to promote spaces for reflection and learning that contribute to the advancement and continuous improvement in educational management.
