The XXV Student Research Conference was successfully held at the La Chorrera campus on August 8th in an academic space designed to promote critical thinking, creativity, innovation and the dissemination of knowledge generated from the classroom.

During the day, 25 research projects were presented, with the participation of 70 students., the support of 22 teacher tutors and the representation of each of the races.

The students had the opportunity to present their projects to judging panels, share academic experiences, and demonstrate that research is a fundamental tool for analyzing reality and proposing solutions to society's challenges.

As part of the day, Engineer Noemí Quintero participated, sharing an interesting presentation on the importance of scientific research and motivating students to actively get involved in generating knowledge capable of contributing to the development of society.

We congratulate all the students for their effort, dedication and commitment; the faculty advisors for their guidance and support; the evaluation panels for their valuable contributions; and the authorities, coordinators and collaborators who made this significant academic experience possible.

 At UMECIT we continue to train students capable of research, innovate and transform their environment.
