UMECIT successfully delivers the first report on the Compliance Plan for the Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
Within the framework of the Program Accreditation process, UMECIT reaffirms its firm commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement. On April 24, 2025, the institution successfully submitted the first report on the Adjusted Program Improvement Plan Compliance for the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, thus consolidating a significant step toward accreditation for this important program.
This achievement has been possible thanks to the leadership and dedication of a team committed to quality: Dr. Gressy Zuñiga, Director of Accreditation; Dr. Lourdes Iribarren, Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Dr. Julie Guerrero; and Lic. Alanis Tamayo, who have worked with technical and academic rigor to ensure compliance with each of the established standards.
With this progress, UMECIT continues to distinguish itself as a higher education institution that places continuous improvement, quality assurance, and the training of highly competent professionals at the heart of its work.
