In a morning full of commitment and progress, the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology -UMECIT- received valuable support from the National Council for University Evaluation and Accreditation of Panama (CONEAUPA).
The workshop day, held on November 30, focused on the preparation and delivery of the Adjusted Career Improvement Plan for those careers that obtained the Reaccreditation certification in the month of October 2023. This is an essential step in the UMECIT's commitment to continuous improvement and strengthening of its academic programs.
The workshop was attended by prominent representatives of the University, including the Vice-Rector Hermes Mauricio Sierra, the Coordinator of Psychology in Panama, Linette Govea, the Director of Accreditation Dr. Gressy Zuñiga and the Director of Planning William Leal. All of them, together, contributed with ideas and efforts to design effective strategies that will consolidate the General Psychology career, recently reaccredited under resolution No. 33 of October 11, 2023.
This initiative demonstrates UMECIT's firm commitment to academic excellence and educational quality. We thank CONEAUPA for its valuable support and guidance in this process, and we congratulate all participants for their constant dedication to continuous improvement. Together, we move towards strengthening and excellence in higher education.
