Last Saturday, April 13, the Faculty of Humanities, particularly the Bachelor of Physical Education and Personal Training, witnessed the exciting launch of the book "Physical Education and Quality of Life in Young People." This book, the result of collaboration with the Panamanian Association of Asthma and Sports (APAD), seeks to share valuable practical experiences and research studies focused on the analysis of the quality of life of young people through physical activity and sports.
Physical education plays a fundamental role in the comprehensive training of our young people, and this book reflects its importance. Presented to students in the fourth semester of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Personal Training, the book highlights the faculty's commitment to sports research.
