Start of the Diploma in Property Administration under the Horizontal Property Regime – 1, 2024
We successfully began the Diploma in Real Estate Administration under the Horizontal Property Regime – 1, 2024, in collaboration with our allies PH Consultingls, with an enthusiastic participation of 18 students.
The main objective of this diploma is to provide specialized knowledge that improves the quality of property management and administration. We seek to train professionals trained in this topic, aimed at promoting the proper management of buildings within society.
Our approach includes promoting practices that contribute to urban sustainability, such as efficient infrastructure maintenance and the peaceful resolution of neighborhood conflicts.
In addition, we focus on providing specific skills in property management to professionalize and make the real estate sector more efficient.
This diploma not only opens job opportunities, but also contributes to economic growth and the reduction of disparities in access to basic services and quality of life between different communities and population groups.
