On September 9, the Bahía Hall of the Club Unión was the setting for the business meeting "The strategic value of inclusion: an opportunity that transforms companies", a day that brought together about 60 businessmen, leaders and decision-makers to reflect on the importance of building genuinely inclusive work environments.

The meeting focused on invisible disabilities, a reality that poses new challenges for organizations and requires inclusion strategies that go beyond regulatory compliance to become part of the corporate culture.

The activity was managed and participated in by Professor Ricaurte, academic coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, who accompanied this space for dialogue and exchange aimed at promoting a more comprehensive vision of inclusion in the work environment.

During the event, Flavia Callafange, Director for Latin America of Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, and Paulina Rodríguez, CEO of Komunika Latam, shared perspectives and experiences on the impact that a properly structured and communicated inclusion strategy can generate.

The interventions allowed for a deeper understanding of how inclusion can become a strategic value for organizations, contributing to the well-being and overall health of employees, strengthening bonds within teams, and fostering a positive transformation of corporate culture.

More than a conversation about inclusion, the meeting represented an opportunity to recognize that creating work environments where all people can feel understood, valued and supported is also a way to build more humane, healthy and sustainable companies.
