Last Friday, May 26, the UMECIT 2023 Intercollegiate Futsal Tournament was inaugurated. This sporting event is a great opportunity for young athletes to demonstrate their skills and talent on the field.

With the participation of 16 men's teams and 8 women's teams, the tournament promises to be an exciting competition full of camaraderie. We congratulate all the young athletes who are part of this tournament and extend a warm welcome to them.

We would also like to recognize and thank the physical education teachers who accompany the students in this sporting experience. Their dedication and support are fundamental to encourage the practice of sports and promote values such as fair play and respect.

We wish all participating teams every success in the tournament. May they enjoy the game, show their talent and, above all, have fun in this sporting competition.
