Academic Camp Tour: Practical experience for Physical Education and Personal Training students

With the aim of strengthening practical learning in natural environments, students of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Personal Training from the Faculty of Humanities participated in an academic tour in the province of Antón.

During the day, students received training on the planning and management of sports programs, applying training techniques focused on optimizing performance in various disciplines. In addition, the importance of sustainability in sports practice was addressed, promoting reflection on the environmental impact and the need for conservation strategies in the ecosystems where physical activities are carried out.

This experience allowed participants to identify the physical activities specific to natural environments, reinforcing security in its execution and promoting responsible practice. The Faculty of Humanities reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive training, providing its students with learning opportunities in the field that complement their academic and professional development.
