Last July 24 and 26, we celebrated with great enthusiasm the events "Transformation Tables based on values and leadership", at our Fundadores headquarters, aimed at teachers and students on the 24th, and administrative staff on the 26th. These days, framed in The Extension Programs and the Umecista Leaders Program had as their main objective to provide an enriching space for reflection and the development of leadership skills and values.
We have the outstanding participation of students and teachers from various locations, including David, Santiago, Chitré, Chorrera and Panama. The diversity of perspectives and experiences enriched the work tables, where ideas were debated and shared to promote transformation based on ethical principles and solid values.
In addition, the event was attended by renowned international students and coaches, representing @panamalidera and @johnmaxwellfundation, who contributed knowledge and experiences in leadership matters.
The welcome was given by the Rector, Dr. José Alberto Nieto Rojas, who highlighted the importance of training leaders committed to the well-being of society and the development of their communities.
These initiatives, which are part of the projects promoted by the Coordination of University Welfare and the Directorates of Extension and Human Talent, are essential to promote the personal and professional development of our students, providing them with tools to become upright and visionary leaders in their respective fields. We hope that each participant takes advantage of what they learned during this enriching meeting and can apply it in their daily lives, generating a positive impact on their environment and society.
We appreciate the active participation of everyone involved and we hope to continue promoting these types of activities that exalt values and leadership among our educational community.
Let's continue moving together towards a future of committed and transformative leaders!
