Students receive training on the institutional reaccreditation process
With face-to-face conferences, at the Founders Headquarters, more than 300 students learned details about the importance of the institutional reaccreditation process carried out this year by the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology - UMECIT - and the benefits it will have on each of the members of this House of Studies manage to receive the accreditation again for 6 more years.
The large meetings that took place on May 4, 5 and 6, were held with students from the faculties of Law and Political Science; Nautical Sciences; Economic and Administrative Sciences and Technology, Construction and Environment.
The trainings were given by the Accreditation, Planning and Academic departments, where additionally they discussed the institutional philosophy, procedures, quality processes and how in our House of Studies the substantive functions permeate during their learning process.
For many of the students who participated in the meeting, this was their first face-to-face academic activity, in what will be their university life with a view to returning to face-to-face classes.
This training process will continue with the various meetings that are planned, where important points will continue to be developed and integrating all our interest groups.
