UMECIT students participate in the First International Ergonomics Seminar Panama 2026
Within the framework of the First International Ergonomics Seminar Panama 2026, held on April 17 and 18 at the Novotel Panama City, the participation of a group of seven students from UMECIT, from the Chitré and La Chorrera campuses, belonging to the semi-presential and virtual modalities, was highlighted.
During the event, organized by ANAERGO and the Specialized University of the Americas, participants delved into the latest trends related to human factors, ergonomics, and academic strengthening in this discipline.
They also participated in the launch of the new Master's Degree in Ergonomics, an initiative that contributes to professional and academic development in the country.
Participation in these types of spaces reaffirms UMECIT's commitment to educational excellence, constant updating, and the comprehensive training of its students in key areas for well-being and productivity.
