UMECISTA community remember that it is important to get the third booster dose

This very important gesture, which influences public health and the culture of self-care generated by our Preventive Health program, helps us all to be protected.
Resolution 0013 published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Health (Minsa) includes the third dose and booster dose as part of the full vaccination schedule in Panama. A person is considered fully immunized once 14 days or more have elapsed, after completing the vaccination scheme according to the vaccine applied.
The official publication points to the recent announcement by the Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre, who indicated that the third dose and the booster dose are already part of the complete vaccination scheme adopted by Panama.
According to the resolution, in Panama the two doses of Johnson & Johnson will be recognized as a complete vaccination schedule, in addition to the complete heterologous vaccination schedule, that is, a combination of different vaccines authorized by the World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Drugs (FDA), European Medicines Agency (EMA) once they complete the three doses.
