UMECIT commemorates Lawyer's Day with a keynote address on the new Civil Procedure Code
Within the framework of Lawyer's Day, the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and The Technology -UMECIT-, Panama headquarters, received Magistrate Olmedo in its auditorium Arrocha Osorio, president of the First Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. The magistrate gave a keynote address in which he shared with our community academic the main innovations of the new Code of Civil Procedure, regulations that It will come into effect in October 2025 and represents one of the most significant changes. transcendental in the administration of civil justice in Panama.
