The Academic Forum on Evaluation Techniques in Physiotherapy, held in the Conference Room of the Founders Headquarters on May 4, was attended by Edgar Arosemena and Kevin Villarreal as guest speakers, and by student Robi Ríos as student representative.
During the event, the importance of theoretical and practical knowledge of assessment techniques to carry out objective examinations and approaches, in order to properly understand and diagnose patients' needs, was highlighted.
In addition, the need to develop a specific treatment plan for each case was highlighted. This forum was an excellent opportunity for the students and collaborators of the University to deepen in this fundamental topic in physiotherapy.
It is important to highlight that the forum had a high participation and generated an enriching space for the exchange of ideas and experiences. We thank the invited speakers for sharing their knowledge and experiences in the area of physiotherapy and the students and collaborators who participated in the event.
We look forward to continuing to organize academic activities that promote learning and development.
