Degree delivery over-the-counter and graduation ceremony
Dear community, our university announces the dates for the delivery of degrees over-the-counter and graduation ceremonies.

After the three months of delivery stipulated in this calendar, the graduate shall be subject to the payment of a penalty for late withdrawal, as determined by the Administrative Council.
GRADUATION CEREMONIES
Graduates from January 27, May 31, and July 29, 2023.
The period for registration and confirmation of attendance to the graduation ceremonies (protocol act) will be from June 29 to August 3, 2023.
The link to the form to participate in the ceremony will be shared to the e-mail addresses of the graduates, which correspond to those registered in the Cibersity platform.
In this link, you will find the appropriate indications to participate in the protocol act.
It is important to note that everyone who wishes to participate in the graduation ceremony must be approved as a graduate on the Cibersity platform.

For those graduates of July 29 who do not participate in the ceremony, the diplomas will be delivered over the counter two days after the ceremony at each site; for those graduates of virtual Colombia, they will be notified at a later date.
Note: If necessary and urgent, changes may be made to the proposed dates, both for the awarding of degrees and for graduation ceremonies.
