Technical and Social Cooperation Agreement between the Active Club 20-30 Las Cumbres and UMECIT

Our University and the Active Club 20-30 Las Cumbres signed a collaboration agreement that aims to strengthen ties between both institutions in key areas such as professional practice, social work and continuous training in various areas of mutual interest.

This agreement reflects the commitment of both entities to the academic, social and professional development of their members, creating a space for the exchange of knowledge and the promotion of values of social responsibility, leadership and entrepreneurship. The main purpose of the alliance is to establish the bases for technical cooperation that allows UMECIT students to access professional internship opportunities and volunteer activities, while members of the Active Club 20-30 Las Cumbres will benefit from training and updating activities in various areas of interest.

Objectives of the Convention:

  1. Professional Practice: UMECIT students will have the opportunity to do internships within the various social and community projects carried out by the Club Activo 20-30 Las Cumbres. This collaboration will allow them to gain practical experience and strengthen their academic training, while contributing with their efforts to the well-being of the community.
  2. Social Work: Both institutions will work together to design and implement volunteer activities and social action programs, thereby fostering commitment to society and promoting community development. The initiatives will be aimed at improving the quality of life of people in vulnerable situations.
  3. Training and Updating: Training and updating activities will be carried out in various areas of common interest, such as leadership, entrepreneurship and social project management, among others. These initiatives will seek to strengthen the skills of both UMECIT students and members of the Active Club 20-30 Las Cumbres.

One more step towards the future

The signing of this agreement marks the beginning of a strategic alliance that seeks to integrate academia with social action, promoting a comprehensive education that trains professionals committed to social development and the well-being of the community. This agreement also opens new opportunities for the exchange of knowledge, collaborative work and the strengthening of the values that both institutions share.
