Keynote on the New Age Academic Facilitator

Within the framework of the twentieth anniversary of the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology -UMECIT-, the Academic Vice-Rector's Office will hold the keynote conference titled "The Academic Facilitator of the New Era (Active Methodologies)."

This conference aims to provide essential knowledge about the profile and skills necessary for teaching in the current context, marked by technological advancement and the digitalization of educational processes. In a world where technology plays a crucial role in education, it is essential that academic facilitators develop skills and strategies that allow them to adapt and excel in this dynamic environment.

Active methodologies are pedagogical approaches that place the student at the center of the learning process, promoting active participation, critical thinking and problem solving.
