Weights Laboratory
This practical space is dedicated to the technique and teaching of weight lifting, providing students with the methodological tools necessary for their development in this area.
Weight Lifting is a theoretical-practical subject that offers students the possibility of obtaining experiential experience and preparing for their future role as physical instructors. Through conceptual learning and understanding of the methodological process for the development of strength in all its dimensions, this subject is not limited to theory. It leads students to think, reflect, structure and carry out this process in practice.
The objective of these practical classes is to enrich the academic and professional training of our students, preparing future professionals with a comprehensive focus on fitness and physical well-being.
