Walk for Suicide Prevention: UMECIT Present

This Sunday, September 15th The suicide prevention walk was held, an event full of solidarity and awareness. Suicide, which involves the deliberate loss of one's own life, is a serious issue that can be related to various factors such as mental health, hopelessness, depression, anxiety or traumatic experiences.

Psychology students from UMECIT, Panama headquarters, were present, providing their support through the Rafael Martin Piero FoundationDuring the walk, they made signs alluding to suicide prevention, as part of the activities that the psychology coordination and the psychological counseling of UMECIT have scheduled for this month.
