The Postdoctoral Program in Disruptive Leadership and Strategic Management offers an experience Advanced, interdisciplinary academic program with practical applications for professionals with a degree Doctors who wish to enhance their leadership, management and innovation skills institutional in any field of knowledge.

The research component of a postdoctoral program focused on disruptive leadership and strategic management should foster the generation of original knowledge that challenges traditional models and proposes innovative solutions for decision-making. It should also articulate advanced methodologies that enable the analysis, transformation, and anticipation of complex scenarios within organizations, strengthening leadership capacity with a forward-looking vision.

Over the course of ten seminars, participants will develop skills to design, to implement and evaluate organizational and social transformation processes, integrating the disruptive thinking, institutional agility, and evidence-based management.

To train leaders and postdoctoral researchers capable of strategically managing innovation and organizational transformation, with a global vision, agile thinking, social responsibility and ethical commitment.

Aimed at researchers, managers and professionals from different areas —education, administration, health, engineering, technology, social sciences, communication, art, among others—who hold a doctoral degree, interested in enhancing their capacity to leadership and management, strengthen their strategic thinking and develop projects innovative with institutional or social impact.

Each seminar combines lectures with interactive dialogue, the development of scientific output throughout the program, and sessions on agile leadership and strategic innovation. The program culminates with the presentation of a postdoctoral scientific product focused on organizational or institutional transformation, within the framework of an international internship.
