Career Description
The Specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management is a program with a global vision that seeks to generate competencies and develop skills, allowing participants to have an active, solid and competent training in the area of Human Resources, both within the framework of a national and international economy.
The program seeks to train a new professional in the Strategic Administration of Human Resources who, in addition to solid knowledge of specific skills in the area, has a global conception of the company together with a professional attitude that allows the development of the rest of the organization, serving conflict resolution situations, and management of union pressures.
It delves into the growing importance of business management in sustaining a business model, as well as strategic planning, as a tool to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage.
Additionally, it guides the participant to understand, lead and manage change processes in organizations. The foregoing in order to analyze the most important aspects of change processes in organizational cultures and management and leadership methodologies. In this way, it addresses issues related to the dynamics and strategies of change, the construction of paradigms, liberation strategies and personal and business flourishing.

In the Specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management, the minimum student requirements to take the program are:
- Possess the professional title, graduate. Have a cumulative academic index in the bachelor's degree of at least 1.5.
- Fill out the registration form
- Photocopy of the id
Certificate of good physical health
- Photocopies of the corresponding Diploma (foreigners with apostilles)
- Certificate of qualifications corresponding to the professional career (foreign credits with apostilled).
- Two photographs
- Applicant letter
- CV
To remain in the program, the student must meet the following requirements:
- Maintain during their studies an individual and cumulative academic index of not less than 1.50.
- Having studied and approved the English language must be officially recognized by UNESCO.
- Approve all the subjects corresponding to the current semester and obtain the total credits of the respective program.
- Comply with all the academic and administrative requirements contemplated in the admission documents.
To obtain the title of Specialist in Strategic Human Resources Management, the following is required:
- Take and pass the academic content of the first two (2) semesters. Paz y salvo of treasury for all concept, (Matriculas, Monthly payments, rights of degree etc.).
- Courses and/or seminars Maintain a cumulative academic index of no less than two (2.00) on a scale of three.
- Maintain a grade point average equal or higher than 2.0 and have no subjects lower than 81.
- Submit an exam or certificate of a second language recognized by UNESCO, updated (five years).
- Management of computer tools.
- Elaborate, support and approve the degree work (monograph).
- Academic Peace and Salvo.
- Paz y salvo of treasury for all concept, (Matriculas, Monthly payments, rights of degree etc.).
Specialist in Strategic Human Resources Management:
Knowing:
- Apply strategies to analyze the behavior of human talent
- Analyze labor mediation cases
- Applies techniques for the preparation of reports based on labor Conflict Resolution.
- Manage strategies for decision-making with human resources
- Know the techniques of preparation of payrolls, calculation of benefits, overtime, deductions, among others.
Doing
- Prepares Labor Payroll Processes
- Design Positions, Function Manuals, Call and Recruitment Procedures
- Develops occupational risk prevention and occupational health programs
- Design and execute training and education programs
- Executes programs related to management information management
- Develop contingency plans in situations of worker-employer conflicts
