With an outstanding participation, UMECIT Chitré headquarters, carried out the training day entitled: “Digitizing the Future of Health: The Role of SEIS in Panama”, in the framework of the commemoration of the Health Statistician's Day, celebrated every September 11 as established by Article 17 of Law 41 of June 30, 2009.
The training was carried out by Ing. Aristides A. Quintero Henríquez, Systems and Computer Engineer, who shared his knowledge on the management of Clinical Record and Health Information System (SEIS), emphasizing the creation and management of patients, as well as the administration of quotas.
The event brought together students, teachers, graduates and professionals, reaffirming UMECIT's commitment to the continuing education and the strengthening of competencies in strategic areas for professional development.
Likewise, the day allowed the integration of various public and private institutions, consolidating UMECIT as a bridge between academia and the workplaceThe participants expressed their satisfaction with the knowledge they had acquired, valuing the positive impact this training had on their professional work.
