We promote innovative academic activities in the subject of the Effects of Exercise on Health

UMECIT has launched a plan of practical and theoretical activities in the subject Effects of Exercise on Health, taught at the Faculty of Humanities, specifically in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Personal Training, under the direction of Dr. Rinci Dubois.

This project contemplates the integration of experiences in the FabLab laboratory, a strategic resource that strengthens applied teaching and academic research.

In the first stage, students will receive an induction and theoretical and conceptual introduction to the subject's content, with a preventive and therapeutic focus on physical exercise, analyzing its benefits for the different systems of the human body.

This will be followed by a practical workshop focused on identifying the immediate and chronic physiological effects of exercise. This experience will consolidate learning from an experiential perspective, taking full advantage of the FabLab's capabilities as an environment for experimentation and analysis.

These initiatives respond to innovative pedagogical planning, based on UMECIT's institutional educational model and aligned with international academic standards. With this, the university reaffirms its commitment to integrating theory with practice, offering quality educational experiences that strengthen the professional development of its future graduates.
