Field Practice Tour to the ADM Company in Panama Pacific

Students from the Bachelor's Degree programs in Occupational Safety and Health and the Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management Administration participated in a field practice tour to the company ADM, located in Panama Pacifico.

This academic activity strengthened the students' comprehensive education by connecting the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom with direct experience in a real business environment. During the visit, participants toured the facilities, interacted with specialized technical staff, and analyzed firsthand the processes related to safety, occupational health, and environmental management.

Throughout the day, the students identified policies, procedures, and control measures implemented by the company, which contributed to the development of technical skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. Despite some logistical limitations, the activity's objectives were successfully met.

The tour generated a high level of satisfaction among participants, who highlighted the opportunity to observe the practical application of management systems.
