We are strengthening the training of Occupational Safety and Health students through the use of the EON Reality XR platform

Students from various academic levels of the Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health at UMECIT developed a technical socialization day on the use of the EON Reality XR platform, a technological tool that promotes the evolution of teaching methodologies towards the forefront of digital transformation.

This initiative promotes the integration of Extended Reality (XR) as an innovative educational resource, allowing the simulation of complex work environments and the identification of risks in controlled, high-fidelity virtual scenarios, aligned with the current demands of safety and prevention training.

During the session, students interacted with three-dimensional digital assets designed to replicate critical industrial safety conditions, facilitating the understanding of procedures, protocols, and risk situations without exposure to real hazards. This approach strengthens hands-on learning and optimizes the transfer of technical knowledge, ensuring safer, more efficient, and contextualized training.
