Physical Education and Personal Training students strengthen their skills in teaching and coaching swimming.
As part of the comprehensive training process that distinguishes the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Personal Training, students actively participated in the practical class of the Swimming Didactics subject, which was theoretical and practical.
The purpose of this course is to deepen the pedagogical and methodological knowledge related to teaching swimming as a school sport, as well as the fundamentals of formal training. The goal is to enable future professionals to successfully perform both as physical education teachers and as sports coaches, consistent with the professional profile outlined in the curriculum.
During practical sessions, students apply their knowledge in real-life contexts, strengthening their pedagogical, technical, and leadership skills. This experience becomes a fundamental pillar of their training, preparing them to become professionals committed to quality physical education and the comprehensive development of their future students and athletes.
