The Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT), Chitré campus, will hold a dinner conference on September 19th entitled: “Digitizing the Future of Health: The Role of SEIS in Panama”, within the framework of the commemoration of Health Statisticians Day, established every September 11 by Article 17 of Law 41 of June 30, 2009.

The event will take place at the Hotel Azuero in the city of Chitré, from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, and will feature a presentation by Aristides A. Quintero Henríquez, Systems and Computer Engineer.

This event reaffirms UMECIT's commitment to continuing education, providing students, faculty, graduates, and professionals the opportunity to access extracurricular training on strategic topics to strengthen their professional profiles.

Furthermore, the space will allow for the integration of various public and private institutions, strengthening the university's role as a bridge between academia and the workplace. The central objective will be to deepen the proper management of the Clinical Record and Health Information System (SEIS), with an emphasis on the creation and management of patients, as well as the allocation and administration of spaces.

We look forward to seeing you at this important academic and professional activity.
