We celebrated the Twenty-First Student Research Conference at the David campus

The past Saturday, April 26, 2025, was carried out with great enthusiasm Twenty-First Student Research Conference in the David's headquarters, an event that reaffirms the commitment of UMECIT with comprehensive training through its Neocyberhumanist Educational Model.

During the day, they presented 18 research projects developed by students from various careers:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Records and Health Statistics

  • Social Work and Human Development

  • Preschool Education

  • Banking and Finance

  • Criminalistics

  • Forensic Science

Each presentation reflected the effort, dedication, and collaborative work between students and faculty, highlighting the research and critical capacity of the UMECIT student community.

The event had the valuable participation of MSc. Manuel Dixon, a professor at the School of Chemistry, who shared his experiences in the world of research, motivating students to explore with rigor, curiosity and creativity.

The projects presented addressed current issues that impact our communities, especially in areas such as health, education, finance and forensic science.

As part of the closing of the day, it was announced that the Articles derived from these projects will be evaluated for possible publication in the Scientific Seed Journal, which represents an important step towards the dissemination of knowledge generated by our students.

This academic event is a testament to UMECIT's commitment to the Promoting research, critical thinking, and making a significant contribution to society from the classroom.
