In a collaborative initiative between the coordinations of Psychology and Graphic Design, the workshop was held "Anxiety vs. Depression", developed from the subject matter of Psychopathology I, under the direction of the teacher Sergio Cortés.
This workshop aimed to To raise awareness among students of the Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design about the importance of mental health, focusing on the identification and management of depression and anxiety within the university setting.
Through interactive activities, participants explored strategies to recognize warning signs in themselves and their peers, fostering a supportive environment and emotional well-being. In addition, practical tools were provided to manage academic stress, strengthen resilience, and build support networks within the student community.
The workshop combined group dynamics and reflective exercises, ensuring an enriching experience that can be applied to students' daily lives.
