Academic alliance between UMECIT and the Catholic University of the East is consolidated
The Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology -UMECIT- received a visit from a delegation from the Catholic University of the East (UCO), within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed in 2024.
The meeting aimed to strengthen the relationship between both institutions through an agenda that included:
- Shared research and academic production.
- Academic mobility of students and teachers.
- Implementation of mirror classes and virtual cooperation.
- Internationalization and strengthening of academic networks.
- Social projection and outreach programs.
- Educational innovation and knowledge transfer.
This space allowed the exchange of good practices and the planning of joint actions, reaffirming the commitment of both universities to the academic excellence, social projection and educational transformation.
