FAMILY LAW: "FAMILIALEX"
Welcome to the "FAMILIALEX" hotbed, belonging to the Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Sciences, which stands as a space for study and reflection dedicated to exploring the legal complexities that surround family relationships. In a context where the structure and dynamics of families are constantly evolving, this hotbed is presented as a place to critically analyze current legislation, discuss practical cases and reflect on the contemporary challenges that families face in society.
Made up of students and professionals with an interest in the family-legal field, the incubator aims to contribute to the development of family law, train future competent specialists and promote fair and equitable family relationships.
In the Family Law Seedbed, fundamental topics such as marriage, divorce, parental authority, adoption, custody and visitation regulations, among others, will be addressed. Through the analysis of practical cases and debates on family legislation, we will seek to understand the family reality in a comprehensive manner, considering both the individual needs of its members and the collective well-being of the family.
FAMILY LAW: "FAMILIALEX"
Analysis of Family Legislation: Promote the study and critical analysis of national and international family legislation, to understand the rights and obligations of family members and the regulations that regulate family relationships.
Training in Family Conflict Resolution: Provide tools and techniques for the peaceful resolution of family conflicts, through mediation and constructive dialogue, with the aim of promoting healthy family relationships and avoiding litigation situations.
Promotion of the Rights of Children and Adolescents: Contribute to the promotion and defense of the rights of children and adolescents, through raising awareness and disseminating information about their rights and the protection of their integrity in the family environment.
FAMILY LAW: "FAMILIALEX"
The FAMILIALEX Family Law Seedbed is based on solid conceptual and theoretical bases of family law, which include:
1. National and International Legislation on Family Rights
Study of national and international regulations that regulate the rights and duties of family members, including laws, treaties and conventions related to family law.
2. Principles of Family Law:
- Analysis of the fundamental principles of family law, such as the principle of the best interests of the child, the principle of gender equality and the principle of family autonomy, which guide the interpretation and application of family law.
3. Jurisprudence on Family Law:
- Study of national and international jurisprudence on family law, to understand the interpretation and application of family rules in specific cases and in situations of family conflict.
These conceptual foundations are fundamental for the critical analysis of family law, the understanding of the rights and obligations of family members, and the promotion of harmonious and respectful family relationships.

WHICH ARE IN THE PROCESS OF STRUCTURING/EXECUTION
1. Analysis of the Legal Protection of Children's Rights:
This project aims to analyze the legal protection of the rights of children and adolescents in the family environment, identify gaps and challenges in current legislation and propose recommendations to strengthen their protection.
2. Study of Practical Cases in Family Law:
The objective of this project is to analyze practical cases related to situations of divorce, child custody, domestic violence and other family conflicts, to understand the application of family law in real situations and evaluate its effectiveness.
3. Research on Diverse Families:
This project seeks to investigate and analyze new forms of family organization, such as single-parent families, reconstituted families and homo-parental families, to understand their legal needs and propose recommendations to guarantee their legal recognition and protection.
4. Preparation of Family Policy Proposals:
The objective of this project is to develop family policy proposals to promote gender equality, the protection of children's rights and the promotion of healthy family relationships, based on a critical analysis of existing legislation and the needs identified in practice. legal.
