FINANCIAL LAW "LAW FINANCE"
The Seedbed in Financial Law «JURIFINANCE» It is positioned as a space for study and reflection dedicated to exploring the complexities of the financial system and the regulations that govern it. In an environment where financial activities have a significant impact on the global economy, this hotbed seeks to critically analyze financial laws and regulations, as well as understand the legal implications of commercial transactions and banking operations.
Made up of students and professionals interested in the financial field, the incubator aims to contribute to the development of financial law, train future experts in the field and promote ethical and transparent financial practices.
In the Hotbed in Financial Law «JURIFINANCE», relevant topics such as the regulation of financial markets, financial consumer protection, prevention of money laundering and resolution of disputes in the financial field will be addressed. Through the analysis of practical cases and debates on financial legislation, we will seek to understand the dynamics of the financial system as a whole and promote responsible financial practices.
FINANCIAL LAW "LAW FINANCE"
Analysis of Financial Regulations: Promote critical analysis of national and international financial regulations, to understand their scope and application in the context of financial and commercial activities.
Training in Banking Law: Provide training opportunities in specific areas of banking law, such as the regulation of financial institutions, banking contracting and financial consumer protection.
Promotion of Financial Transparency: : Contribute to the promotion of transparency and integrity in the financial sector, by disseminating good practices and raising awareness on issues such as money laundering and terrorist financing.
FINANCIAL LAW "LAW FINANCE"
The Seedbed in Financial Law is based on solid conceptual and theoretical bases of financial law, which include:
1. Analysis of the Regulation of Financial Markets:
This project aims to analyze the regulation of financial markets, identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to strengthen supervision and transparency in financial markets.
2. Study of Practical Cases in Financial Law:
The objective of this project is to analyze practical cases related to financial transactions, banking conflicts and commercial litigation, to understand the application of financial regulations in real situations and evaluate the challenges and opportunities faced by the parties involved.
3. Research on Financial Innovation:
This project seeks to investigate and analyze trends and developments in financial innovation, such as disruptive technologies and cryptocurrencies, to understand their impact on the financial system and evaluate the associated regulatory challenges.
4. Preparation of Financial Policy Proposals:
The objective of this project is to develop financial policy proposals to promote stability and financial inclusion, based on a critical analysis of existing regulations and the needs identified in the financial sector.
These conceptual bases are fundamental for the critical analysis of the financial system, the understanding of the rights and obligations of the parties involved in financial transactions and the promotion of a culture of regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
