Career Description
The postdoctoral training program aims to contribute to the training of high-quality researchers in the field of education and social sciences, based on the analysis of current realities, demands and transformations in the educational field, with a vision of interculturality, which requires adjustments to educational management, the incorporation and use of technology in education, the professional skills required in the sector to adapt in times of change, as well as the analysis of new methodologies and innovative teaching practices.
It is necessary to lead the changes and transformations in education in Panama, Latin America and the world, as well as rethink the ways of teaching and learning in the face of educational change processes, which require new scenarios, resources, infrastructure and educational management practices that promote innovation, improvement of teaching praxis, optimization of learning processes and excellence; challenges and needs that are shared in Latin America in general.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in education, social sciences or related fields.
- Contribution of a previous scientific publication in an indexed journal.
- Photocopy of identity card.
- Photocopy of your academic degrees and credits (duly apostilled in the case of foreigners).
- Approval of the modules.
- Scientific publication (book) with articles worked as chapters (refereed and with ISBN).
- Postdoctoral internship.
- Exhibition of scientific productivity within the framework of the postdoctoral internship.
