Career Description
The programs of the Specialization in Global Services and the Master's Degree in Global Services Management They seek to train multidisciplinary professionals who are competent in the efficient and effective management of global services; capable of identifying and addressing the economic, financial, human, ethical and legal criteria that make up their essence as self-sustaining entities, in light of the scientific and technological advances that administrative and economic sciences have had in the globalized era.
- Consultant for the elaboration of development plans.
- Advisor in the orientation of processes and innovation of services.
- Manager or supervisor of the implementation of projects applied to organizations.
- Manager or supervisor of human resources administration and customer service.
- Original and copy (collation) of the bachelor's degree or its equivalent (if you are a foreigner, the document must be notarized or/and apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your respective country.
- Credits or degree notes or their equivalent (if you are a foreigner, the documents must be notarized or/and apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your respective country.
- Two photocopies of the identity card or passport in the case of foreigners. One passport size photo, white background.

- Fill out the application form for admission in electronic format.
- Study in teams and individually.
- Develop research skills based on discovery learning.
- Deepen in the disciplinary knowledge that is of interest to them.
- Respect and comply with the regulations established by the statutes that regulate the relationship between the Metropolitan University of Education Science and Technology and the students of the Institution.
- Keep their payments up to date.
- Attend 80% of the meetings scheduled for each subject.
- To attend and pass the academic contents of the first two (2) quarters, containing 27 credits.
- Maintain a cumulative academic index of not less than two (2.00) on a scale of three (3.00).
- Maintain a grade point average equal or higher than 2.0 and have no subjects lower than 81.
- Present an exam or certificate of a second language recognized by UNESCO, updated (five years), not less than 40 hours.
- Submit an exam or certificate in the use of computer tools, not less than 40 hours.
- Elaborate, support and approve the degree work (monograph).
- Good standing of all treasury fees, (Tuition, monthly fees, degree fees, among others).
- To have satisfactorily passed all the subjects of the study plan.
- Maintain a cumulative and individual academic index per subject of 2.0.
- Present an exam or certificate of a second language recognized by UNESCO, updated (five years), not less than 40 hours.
- Submit an exam or certificate in the use of computer tools, not less than 40 hours.
- Final practice (grade option).
- Master the paradigms, theories, approaches and concepts that support global management models, assuming a strategic vision for the dynamic and complex understanding of the global business reality.
- Understands the different quantitative-statistical methods and their application to decision making, financial aspects among others related to the global services management process.
- Reflect on continuous improvement as a management philosophy based on the recognition of the various quality systems and their implementation tools.
- Master the conceptual foundations in financial terms to achieve the optimization of resources in global service delivery processes in time, cost and quality.
- Interpret existing legislation for the management of global services, which contribute through the economy to increase the productivity and competitiveness of companies.
- Argues the fundamentals of marketing management, in favor of the approach of managerial solutions, based on the differentiating elements of global services.
- Master the knowledge related to human resources, enhancing the contribution they can offer in a business company or global services.
- Conceptualizes the process for making strategic decisions for the financial area, according to the existing theoretical models for this purpose.
- Understands the theory related to the management of technological services that have greater incidence in the provision of global services according to their planning, direction, organization and control.
- Analyzes management needs within the framework of global services in order to generate research proposals that contribute to the development of scientific knowledge in the area.
- Recognizes the need for new business, technology and innovations applied to global services.
- Understand the advantages of the management model of global service companies that are oriented to provide quality services efficiently and effectively.
- Reviews the theory related to the design and development of new global services for the improvement of management at all levels of global service delivery.
- Knows the different leadership and management styles that will allow him/her to define the profile that best suits the projects related to global services.
- Reviews the decision-making models that allow the student the necessary elements to be effective and efficient when solving problems in the different phases and/or areas of the company.
- Recognizes the strategies that should be applied to global services activities, which contribute to determine the concrete decisions that will be implemented in the different companies.
- Understands the process of entrepreneurship, through the recognition and search for global business opportunities, the evaluation of the viability of new enterprises and the management of growing businesses.
- Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of their area of training as a basis for undertaking actions, processes and projects, which in turn allows them to show their leadership in different moments and situations.
- Applies statistical and quantitative methods for the analysis of information that contributes to decision making in the provision of global services.
- Implements relevant tools for the development of a quality management culture in organizations from the different existing models.
- Master skills in the management of analysis techniques and interpretation of accounting reports.
- Applies the law according to those that apply to the service in particular and to the company in general; as well as economic tools for decision making.
- Directs the management of global services, from the current principles and techniques of marketing, to promote the positioning of the company in the global market.
- Design plans and programs focused on the development of human resources to achieve the strategic framework of a global services company.
- Makes strategic decisions in the financial area, in accordance with the techniques established for this purpose.
- Presents proposals for innovation and technological change for the recognition of new business, technology and innovations applied to global services.
- Conduct research related to global service companies, in order to hone investigative skills and abilities.
- Analyzes innovation and technological change that involves the application of tools associated with the provision of global services.
- Manage a global service company based on planning, organization, direction and control in companies.

- Develops global business models according to the type of services offered and according to the country, legislation and needs.

- Evaluates the relevant strategies that must be applied to global service activities, to determine the specific decisions that will be put into practice in the different companies.
