The Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science opens doors in labor fields such as:

The requirements for admission to the Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science are the following:

• Original and copy (copy) of the diploma and high school credits approved by MEDUCA or its equivalent (in the case of being a foreigner, the documents must be apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of their respective country and have the endorsement of the Ministry of Education from Panama).
• Two photocopies of the ID. If the applicant is a minor or a foreigner, they must submit two copies of the birth certificate or two copies of the passport, respectively.
• Two passport-size photographs.
• Medical certificate of good health.
• Hold an interview with the selection team.
• Fill out the application form to join the program.

• Permanence at the University will depend solely and exclusively on the student, on his motivation, ability and vision to obtain the chosen academic degree, taking into account that his general average or cumulative index in his career cannot be less than 71, based on score maximum of 100.
• Within the evaluation criteria that we explain later, it is clearly identified that every subject must be above 71 for approval. (Scale from 0 to 100).
• In order to pass each subject, the participant must obtain a grade of no less than C and maintain an individual and cumulative grade point average of no less than 1.00. (Scale from 0 to 3.00).
• No student will be able to continue in the course if he/she has a four-month cumulative index lower than 1.00.
• Attendance is mandatory for at least 80% of each course.
• Given the characteristics of the institution, the student will be able to:
  
  • Study in teams and on your own.
  • Research in their areas of major importance.
  • Complement the knowledge they need.
  •  Always be supported by the faculty.
• The duration of stay at the University will be: twelve semesters at least, for those who do not validate subjects.
• However, it will be necessary to observe the following terms:
  • Respect for the University's Disciplinary Regulations.
  • Keep your payments up to date
  • Comply with a minimum of 71 percentage points in the different subjects and an academic index of not less than one (1).
  • Must attend 80% of the face-to-face meetings.
  • Punctual attendance at your events and academic sessions
  • Ethical and respectful conduct in the representations of the institution.
  • Verify that during the first year of study you have command (verbal and written) of the English language
• In case of prolonged absence, the student must present a justified excuse.

To obtain the degree of Bachelor of Law and Political Science is required:

• Pass all the subjects contemplated in the study plan.
• Maintain a cumulative academic index of not less than one (1.0), on a scale of one to three.
• Maintain an average higher than 71 and have no subjects lower than 71. On a scale of 0 to 100.
• Satisfactorily complete the supervised professional internship.
• Elaborate and support the professional practice report.
• Pass English and IT.
• Be in good standing with the institution.
• Take and pass one of the following requirements as a degree option: – Prepare, support and approve a project (degree work) in your area of knowledge. – Enroll and take the first semester of a specialization related to your career. – Present and pass a general knowledge test.
