When we deal with annual planning where there are 3 or 4 competitions, the identification of the components of the athlete's preparation is easier than when faced with 4 or 5 semester competitions where strategic direction is the basis of planning as a basic mechanism for sporting success.
The objective of the seminar will be to impart basic theories of planning sports training, directed to Sports of time and brand. Related topics will be addressed from history to the strengths and weaknesses of existing models in sports of time and brand and the future as a result of changes at the level of competitions.

Module 1: Sports training directions: the theme that will be oriented in the module will be based on the history of sports training, the distribution and interconnection of the load and the effects of sports training. (4 hours)
Module 2: Directional planning of sports training: It will focus on conditional physical directions, such as strength, speed, endurance and macrostructural planning by directions. (4 hours)
The methodological process will be oriented to a systematic deepening of the planning by training directions, leading the participants to have a better understanding of this process, ending with the elaboration of a training plan in each of their sports.
1- Recognition of changes and evolution of sports training.
2- Deepening of energy systems aimed at sports training.
3- Planning of sports training by directions: Macrostructure.
The competencies that are sought to be strengthened through the seminar will be: provide the student or graduates of Physical Culture, Sports and Recreation with planning methods that allow them to choose to carry out their planning process in a more organized manner.
- Provide didactic tools for the dosage of loads in sports training.
- Deepen the differentiation of the concepts of physical preparation, theoretical and psychological tactical technique.
- Provide knowledge about the biochemical control of sports training.
- Recognize the importance of the components of periodization of sports training by directions.
Assessment strategies:
- Participation in the seminar.
- Delivery of a final product, where the learning of the oriented theme is evidenced.
