In recent decades, new study perspectives have emerged as a response to the emerging problems that business management has faced and faces in the current complex and dynamic environment and that is why UMECIT wishes to provide a diversified and meet the needs of professionals graduated from master's degrees in economics, business administration, finance, marketing, accounting, engineering, law and other related areas, for which it has designed a program of PhD in Organizational Development with an innovative character, whose purpose is to offer an alternative that allows doctoral students to raise their academic level, likewise, it is desired to promote greater participation in companies, not only as executives, but as professors, consultants or researchers, to improve, innovate and deepen the subject of business with a cyber-humanist approach.
