The Labor Law Hotbed «JUSTICE WORK» It stands as a space for study and reflection on the complexities of labor relations and workers' rights. In a context where the world of work is constantly evolving and labor regulations face new challenges, this center presents itself as a place to critically analyze current legislation, explore practical cases, and debate contemporary labor issues.
It is cMade up of students interested in the legal-labor field and Its purpose is to contribute to the development of labor law, as well as train competent future professionals interested in this topic



In the Labor Law Seedbed, relevant topics such as the regulation of employment contracts, the protection of fundamental labor rights, social security and the resolution of labor disputes will be addressed. Through the analysis of practical cases and debates on labor legislation, we will seek to understand the labor reality in a comprehensive manner, considering both the needs of workers and the demands of the labor market and business dynamics. In addition, critical reflection on public policies and legislative reforms in labor matters will be encouraged, with the aim of promoting the development of a regulatory framework that guarantees fair and decent working conditions for all workers.
IN LABOR LAW: "LABOR JUSTICE"
Research and Analysis: Promote research and analysis of current labor regulations, as well as practical cases related to labor law, to deepen the understanding of labor relations and workers' rights.
Training and qualification: Provide training and training opportunities to seedbed members in different areas of labor law, such as the interpretation of labor contracts, conflict resolution and the defense of labor rights.
Promotion of Labor Rights: Contribute to the promotion and defense of fundamental labor rights, through awareness-raising, dissemination and participation in social and community initiatives related to the world of work.

The Labor Law Hotbed «JUSTICE WORK» It is based on solid conceptual and theoretical bases of labor law, which include:
1. National and International Labor Legislation:
Study of current labor regulations at the national and international level, including laws, agreements and treaties that regulate labor relations and protect the rights of workers (Sánchez, A., 2018).
2. Principles of Labor Law:
Analysis of the fundamental principles of labor law, such as the principle of worker protection, the principle of inalienability of rights and the principle of primacy of reality over contractual forms (Gómez, R., 2020).
3. Labor Jurisprudence:
Study of national and international labor jurisprudence, to understand the interpretation and application of labor regulations in specific cases and in situations of labor conflict (Martínez, J., 2019).
These conceptual foundations are fundamental for the critical analysis of labor law, the understanding of labor rights and the promotion of a fair and equitable employment relationship between employers and employees.
